Universal Studios Hollywood with Transport

My Review: Well organised and efficient tour operator, the bus driver was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my visit to Universal and had enough time to see most parts of the park as well as the Citywalk shops. The backlot tram tour was excellent.

My Review: Magic Mountain is a great theme park and has some of the best roller coasters in the world. But this tour operator was very disorganised and seemed unprepared to allocate a driver to take us to the venue. I was eventually dropped off at Magic Mountain at 11.30am for what was advertised and sold as a whole day at the park. The 6.30pm pick up was also haphazard and I was made to wait for a bus change at Universal Studios carpark. Not very impressed with the tour service or the tour guides.
