The pick up was smooth and easy. We got beautiful orchid leis (for the lei upgrade), where as other transfer companies only gave small carnation lei's. Upon arrival we went to our hotel, but switched hotels half way through the trip. I had advised this information at the time of the booking, but the transfer company didn't get the new htl name. they asked me to call them to reconfirm the htl 24 hours prior. when I did, i was xfered to several different people and one person said I should have told her the new hotel name before she had put me on hold to call the transfer company (but i never knew she was going to call the transfer company - she just put me on hold). The diver who took us back to the airport was very informative and funny. The only set back was trying to call the company to advise of the different pick up hotel. I would try this service again though.

Read the instructions on how to pick up the voucher. Our only question on this voucher, was the machine said it would have cost each of us $5 each way to downtown sfo. The voucher we paid for through Viator, was $18. So not so sure it was a good deal. But it was nice having the tickets all ready to go and not have to guess which fare we needed.
