Lovely day out. We felt the day was a little in-balanced, however I appreciate this relative. We wished we could have spent longer at Pompeii – there was no time to explore. The guides were informative – especially our Pompeii guide. One disappointing factor was the trip was organised as a convoy, only one minibus gets to have the guide onboard, we were in the other minibus trying to understand through a CB plugged into a speaker - it was crackly, noisy, impersonal and at times it felt impromptu. If you don’t mind this, I would recommend this trip.

This tour was simple superb! Our guide rocked. He had an extraordinary depth of knowledge an excellent understanding of the Chapel, art and sculptures and some great humour thrown in. I can not recommend this insightful tour highly enough – the highlight of our trip without a doubt.

We loved the Colosseum trip. Our guide was really friendly, informative and full of facts. Well worth paying a bit extra to go beneath the Colosseum as we got to learn about the mechanics and logistics of the place – fascinating. We particularly enjoyed learning the myth busting facts i.e. thumbs up and down myth (that’s all I will say).

Great tour. An insightful world that we were completely unaware of. You could not fail to learn something. The guide was excellent she brought the trip alive. Book it and you won’t be disappointed.

Brilliant fun. I think this made a brilliant intro to Rome. You really do get a sense and feel of the place. Our guide was good. There were few issues with him understanding us - we kind of gave up asking questions, however we just put this down to ‘lost in translation’. Despite this, book it. A really lovely way to soak up Rome. Recommended.
