I went to the London Eye in the morning when it opened so there was not yet a line. The skip the line tickets were a waste of money for me, but when it gets busy in the afternoon they would be great!

The Tower of London was excellent, but I didn't need to spend extra money on skip the line tickets, just get the tickets when you arrive.
