3-Day Italy Trip: Naples, Pompeii and Amalfi

My Review: The Amalfi coast is beautiful, and the trip overall was great, however, when we arrived at our hotel The Excelsior, they did not have a reservation for us, and we were given a small room, without a view and the air conditioning did not work. The hotel meals were very good and the hotel appeared overall to be a very nice and 4 star business. The hotel staff, with the exception of Anna Marie on the front desk who was surly and unfriendly, were polite and very friendly and made the guests feel welcome.
