Went without a hitch! Driver was waiting when we arrived, helped us all load up and brought us to the doorstep of our hotel. He was friendly and informative along the journey too. Great service!

The driver didn't make the effort to drop us off in front of our hotel, saying that the street was too narrow for stopping and unloading luggage - we realized it wasn't true! We had to drag our bags across a main street, down a side street for another 50m or so, with my elderly parents in tow.
