Driver was waiting for me as usual in Hotel foyer. Very helpful, also vans very clean - excellent service - I would recommend Viator to any traveller. I was travelling alone and it's so reassuring to have such a reliable company looking after you.

Tour leader very nice and interesting. Meal was quite nice - enjoyed the trishaw ride but felt a bit sorry for the driver who seemed to struggle a bit to keep up. As I had already been to Chinatown on another tour, I struggled a bit filling in 45mins there.

Tour leader was very interesting and quite funny. Her job was made difficult by some rude people who talked whilst she was talking but she handled this very well.

Once again, I was picked up at my hotel by very punctual and courteous driver. Enjoyed the tour, dinner was great and Clarke Quay really worth seeing - loved it.
