Just the right degree of courteous and efficient service. It would be difficult to find something to criticize even for a pernickety person.

Really very enjoyable. Just thought that the whole concept of the cruise was let down by the number and placement of all the dining tables, which diminished the romantic aspect of the cruise.

Should really give this five stars if only for the charming and entertaining tour guide. Haw Par Villa is astonishing in its concept and presentation which was diminished by the general feeling of neglect in keeping the site clean. The toilets (particularly the ladies) were unwholesome in the extreme. Entry was free - and perhaps herein lies the problem. Maybe an entrance fee could be charged to assist in enhancing the maintenance program.

We enjoyed a wonderful day and our thanks are due once again to the Viator team. The Colonial Tramcar experience was truly memorable, the coach tour of the Dandenongs very relaxing and made so by a courteous and knowledgeable driver.
The river trip was slightly marred by the sound system on the boat which made the droll but very entertaining commentary by the skipper difficult to hear. We look forward to our next Viator experience wherever that may be.
