Driver was ready for us at the pick up point and gave us a pleasant ride to the city. Unfortunately he did take us to the wrong hotel but promptly apologised and got us to our destination once we pointed it out to him.

Another great guided tour. Worth the cost of the entry ticket as it also always entry to a second museum within 3 months at no extra cost. Doges Palace is well worth a visit.

A fantastic trip. Heat problems meant that we had to transfer to a later time of day to travel, but staff upgraded us to a more expensive package with no extra charge. Well worth it.
