This was really fun and at the same time terrifying. Get ready to have your photo taken dozens of times, be challenged to race, and just generally be stared at. Don't do it alone as there is a lot to think about with all the hand controls. Found myself frequently in the wrong lane and risking my life to get to the correct one. All in all it was really fun though. It took quite a bit to get used to the car so you tend to miss a lot of the sights along the way. Took the one hour rental but probably should have taken a 2 hour drive so I could make a few photo stops. You might want to bring a pillow because I think shocks were non-existant.

I greatly enjoyed this activity and did both routes completely with a number of "hop-offs" included. The commentary was well done and was time appropriate. Should have taken the 2 day option as there were so many places I wanted to stop at but didn't because of time constraints. The coverage of all the most noteworthy places was excellent and the bus was very comfortable.

This is such a beautiful building that an inside tour should not be missed. The tour was a bit shorter than I anticipated for the price paid. The original guide only stayed with us on the 10 minute bus drive there and to get us our tickets. Then she was gone. The tour itself was by building employees. There were only 3 sites on the tour. The first was the amazing and beautiful entryway and staircase and this was probably the highlight of the tour. Next we had a 5 minute vsit to the impressive room where the royal crown was on display along with its ceremonial guards. Next it was on to the senate chamber. This was no longer in use a senate because the senate did not exist anymore. It is used from time to time for conferences. They said the actual government chamber was nearly identical but we did not get to see it. That was the end of the tour and we were released into the massive renovation construction works outside. The building should not be missed but the tour is a bit short and relatively expensive. I am still glad I went however.

This was reasonably priced and the boat addition was a must for this truly beautiful city built along the river. The routes were both quite different but had a few common transfer stops. Commentary was well timed and interesting.

This was a lot of fun. The training beforehand was well done. The tour guide had a great sense of humour and she picked stopping points which were at great locales and always seemed to be perfectly timed for just about exactly when your feet began to hurt. It was astonishing how quickly, riding the segway for the first time, became more and more natural as the evening went on. Our particular tour went about an extra 45 minutes more than advertised. Made me want to ride segways on future trips!

This worked out very nicely. Driver was courteous and arrived right on time at the easy to find meeting point. He knew exactly where our hotel was located and arrived there promptly.

This was an excellent way to get an overview of the region. The stop locations were very interesting and well chosen. The main stops could each have used another 20 minutes as they were a bit rushed. As a result of this tour we found a location we wanted to return to the next day. We did so and spent the entire day there.

This was a great way to find all about what to see in Amsterdam. We didn't realize there were 3 different routes, so we were able to locate all kinds of locales we wanted to return to. It was a very relaxing way to commute. One of the best things was since the weather the 2 days was blustery with frequent showers, it was a great place to retreat to when the weather was not so great. It allowed you to feel like you were still exploring and not wasting your time, while at the same time staying dry.
