Venice Marco Polo Airport Link Departure Transfer

My Review: Having booked a departure transfer to the airport took the worry about our return to the airport off our hands and allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit to Venice. My only concern was that the taxi picked us up 1 1/4 hours before check-in and as the trip to the airport only takes approximately 20 minutes this was far too early.

Venice Grand Canal Boat Tour

My Review: There were 7 of us on board our boat, led by a young American girl who had lived in Venice for 10 years. We were the only English couple, the rest all Americans. The boat trip was interesting, informative and thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone. The only downside was that there were no microphone receivers onboard and from the back of the boat you had to strain to listen to our guide.

My Review: The only way to arrive in Venice, worth every penny and would definitely recommend this transfer to everyone. We were lucky in that the other party who should have shared the boat transfer with us did not turn up and hence there was some delay. However, it meant we had the boat to ourselves, the driver was 'mad' but the trip was very exciting and was a great way to start our visit to Venice. The boat took us right to the door of our hotel Ca' Sagredo on the Grand Canal.
