Cinque Terre Hiking Day Trip from Florence

My Review: Very, very disappointed. Our bus was split into 2 groups and our guide made us stand on the train platform waiting for the second group when they were already on train. The next train was not for 45 minutes, when we approached her to find out what had happened and how we would make up time she said walk faster and have less time for lunch! We thought this was a joke but it was true. We had to rush every leg of the walk and did not have any time to stop and take photos or take in scenery. She was more than happy to lose people on the way as long as she got to next destination before the other group as we were supposedly the first group. We no sooner got our lunch, which was delicious, than we were told we had 5 minutes to go to toilet and be ready to leave again. Everyone on this tour was complaining about being rushed whereas the other group had a leisurely lunch and rest and were walking quite comfortably at the end of each leg. I think if our guide had not stuffed up at the boarding of the first train this tour would have been wonderful. We felt completely ripped off for what we expected. We did expect a fast paced tour but we literally had to run some of the legs! Wish we could do this again with a different guide.

My Review: What a great day at Capri! The cruise from Naples to Capri was nice, and we were lucky enough to go into the Blue Grotto, a real must. The lunch included was also nice, and the tour guide was very professional.

My Review: Another great Viator tour. Dinner was great, cruise was most enjoyable, and Moulin Rouge show was a highlight even though a bit cramped for space. Tour guide was excellent and ran the programme very smoothly.
