New York Departure Shuttle Transfer: Hotel to Airport

Abolutely dreadful. DO NOT USE. Spoilt the start of our holiday. Arrived at 5.15pm and were told it would be about a 20 minute wait. This turned into an hour and a quarter!! Then the shuttle took us around every terminal and we ended up back at our terminal picking up final traveller at 7.30pm. Driver was really rude and we eventually arrived at our hotel at 9pm.

Enjoyable tour was actually only 1 and half hours. Knowledgable guidee. Shame the plastic roof and windows are so badly scratched does spoil the view somewhat.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. Rude driver, 1 hour 15 minute wait for pick up. 1 hour tour of all terminals and arrive at our hotel over 4 hours after arriving at their desk.
