I have used Viator in the past and have always been satisfied. However, we had a bad experience using the Hop On Hop Off Tour in Dublin. I realize this was not Viators fault, it was the fault of the vendor in Ireland. When we went to board at the location closest to our hotel, we were told that since his company was not mentioned in the voucher I had from Viator, I and my four other family members could not board the bus. I showed him the photo of his bus that was on the voucher and he said it could have been photo shopped. We all had to walk over a mile to get to the main office and exchange our Viator vouchers for tickets and board a bus downtown that was further from the things we were interested in seeing. The office staff was apologetic and said they had new drivers and that he should have accepted our vouchers. We were not able to see everying we wanted as we only had two days in Dublin.
This was a great tour on a very comfortable bus. It was a thrill to see the Tower of Pisa and walk to the top. We had enough time at every stop to see everything we wanted. The tour of the farm and lunch were fun and we enjoyed talking to the other passengers.
This tour was ok. It was a small group but sometimes hard to hear the guide. The earphones they passed out were uncomfortable.
This tour is all about the beautiful scenery. We were only in Switzerland for two nights and this was a great tour for that timeframe. The views from the cable car will take you're breath away.
