The Swiss tour guide we had was very informative and personable, which made the tour that more interesting to engage in. He was very helpful getting us back to where we needed to go after the tour ended. (i believe he also went longer than the expected tour time) which was a plus.

Janette was GREAT! Absolutely loved this one. Loved that the tour was only in English and the small group size made it perfect.

Overall the tour was good. It was cool to see the glass blower at work in Murano. However, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from their store after it is DOUBLE the price there than at a store in Venice in Rialto markets. I found out the hard way when then exact same item i purchased in Murano was at a store in the Rialto markets. Made me sick!

Good tour. Guide was very knowledgeable on the subjects. Only did a quick walk through of st marks basilica. Wish we could have spent more time in there it felt rushed like we walked in and walked right back out.

The trip was only okay, seeing David made it worth it. Unless I missed this part in the booking: tour was not only given in English as I requested and confirmed for but also, Spanish, French, Russian. so once the guide made a comment about something in one language she then repeated it in all of the other languages. I would have been fine with this is it was told to me before hand while booking but going into it thinking your guide would only speak in English and then she did in 4 languages was a bit annoying. This goes the same for our other day trip we took: Naples and Pompeii.

Bad start right off the bat. we were met by a lady whom was gathering the 6 people that was to be doing the tour and waiting for our tour guide, whom was giving another tour right before ours or leading into ours since all of her tourists also joined us (to make a total of some 30 people) well, she was 45 minutes late to the meeting point, which she then cut the tour off early, i think it was because some other people had some cooking class also booked with this company and they had to make sure they made it there on time. The guide was informative just didn't appreciate that she was extremely late.

stopping in Naples is not necessary. it was DIRTY, trash everywhere. Pompeii was very cool to see the entire place was amazing. Just like the Florence day trip tour we took it would have been nice to be informed that the tour guide would be speaking 4 different languages the entire day.

Our tour guide Massimo? really made the tour! He was so energetic and engaging in telling his stories that he got all of us involved. This one was one of our favorites of the trip (and we went on 11)

Michelle was very informative. With the abundance of things to see it felt a bit rushed at times. With the sheer amount of people coming in and out of that place it was clustered. Beware of disrespectful tourists pushing and snapping photos in the Sistine Chapel. Overall, it was a good tour.
