Shuttle arrived at my hotel on the dot as promised. Clean vehicle and the driver paid attention to the road and did not talk on the cell phone (as I am accustomed to having taxi drivers do in Philly!). A bargain!

It was a relief to not have to worry about how to get to my hotel after an overnight flight! the only slight hitch was I hadn't taken note of the kind of vehicle to look for; and the shuttle took a little longer to pick me up than the dispatcher mentioned (it was more like 15 minutes than 7, but still terrific!). Courteous driver; clean vehicle, smooooooth trip! (And way cheaper than a taxi!)

In November, there was no line to speak of - but certainly it was convenient to pre-pay! the Tower is an awesome complex and we didn't allow enough time to do much more than the Crown Jewels. Worth a return visit.

This tour is a real bargain, especially in "off season" when the ticket provides for 48 hours of bus plus the river cruise. Handy means of transportation, too - we took the cruise to the Tower pier for our Crown Jewels visit. Wish there were "live" guides on all the buses, though.

Excellent food and service. I would have enjoyed a little narration of the sights along the way...the singer was good, but I was disappointed that there weren't more songs from current west end productions. All in all, a good value for an evening's dinner and entertainment, and of course the magic of the Thames.
