The bus was late. Our guide did not give any information on our way there. She was not able to give the information to the whole group about our departure time and we were asking each other. Only some members of our group were notified. We did not know what time the fountains started working. We were told that no one knew that.

It was very difficult to find a public phone in the airport. Several phones were broken. Then we were waiting for the shuttle for 40 minutes.
