This was an excellent tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I highly recommend this tour.

While I enjoyed the tour, our experience with this company was far from ideal. We received a phone call the day before the tour and were advised that due to a cycle race we could not be picked up at our hotel. The lady on the phone assured me that it was just a problem with the coaches and that we should take a cab to the station in the morning. I specifically asked if she was sure that cabs would be able to get into Victoria Station and she said that it would be no problem and that it would only take 10 minutes to get to the station from our hotel. When we went to get a cab in the morning, we were told that it was impossible for cabs to get into Victoria Station and that our only alternative was to take the underground. We had little time, had never used the underground before and really didn't know where we were going. This lead to a very stressful beginning. When we did make it to the Victoria Coaches station there were hundreds of people waiting to check into tours. Since we arrived later than we had planned we tried to ask the representatives from the tour company if our tour had left, they couldn't be bothered to even check. Finally our tour guide showed up, checked us in and then proceeded to leave without 11 passengers. When we noticed he was missing we advised someone who finally tried to help. They put us in a small van and the driver proceeded to speed through the streets of London to catch up with the bus. All in all not a pleasant experience. The places were all worth seeing, but not enough time anywhere.
