At Heathrow took a few minutes to find contact but ride was well done. On return to Heathrow driver was very friendly, cheerful and helpful and right on time. Great ride. Well done would do again.

Took us a little time to locate place to show voucher but once done everything was fine. no line for us on London Eye, were told we could go at any time during the day. Cruise was also fine but had a specific time attachment. Not a problem lots to see at Waterfront. Lunched at a great Japonese restaurant Ozu right there. Highly recommend.

Had to get a taxi L20 to get to tour pick up hotel as not where we were staying and tube not running until 5:45 a.m. but once there, pick up and guide everything was great. Only 25 on bus, great going early, no one except guard there.
Getting inside the stones is great. Well worth the early time. No crowds, no heat, great photos. Breakfast was changed to Salisbury McDonalds as nothing else was open that day but got to see Salisbury Cathedral as an extra. Need 1 1/2 hr to go through Roman baths with audio guide still much to see in Bath city. Only 2 hrs total. Needed more time to see Bath itself and to have lunch. On to Lacock, very old but some may well have spent more time in Bath and skipped Lacock. Driver and guide both highly recommended.

Did not see our pick up right away. Needed to do some searching. Driver didn't seem that friendly but drove us to hotel fine. No problem.
