Our guide Brandon and star home guide were excellent. But our experience with the front desk was not good. We requested for directions before the tour with the Viator voucher and she misbehaved with us. Extremely poor customer service. But the person handling ticket was good.
Overall the trip is not value for money. Key attractions can be completed in 4hrs and 8hrs is a drag. Thanks.
