Didnt have to wait for for a shuttle, quick and easy transfer to the hotel, just what i needed after a long flight.

The house was quirky, but i had higher expectations before visiting so was a little disappointed. You canttkae photos inside the house (which means you end up having to buy a book or postcards. The gardens were closed on my visit due to halloween celebrations which was a shame as these are supposed to be beautiful.

This was a great cruise, the boat was not crowded, it takes you aroiund the bay and under the golden gate bridge. Buffet food is sreved and they have live entertainment in the way of a guy with a guitar, who was pretty good. I would definately reccomend his trip, just make sure you have enough layers as although the day had been nice, it was quite breezy when i went, and i was rather cold and wish i had also taken my coat so that i could have spent more time outside.

I would definatley reccomend muir woods. This was a great trip, i wish it was longer. The woods were really beautiful, i saw a stag walking down the river a definate highlight, and even saw one if the banana slugs (bright yellow) which was kind of cool. Sausalito was a pretty town, manly for shopping and food. Personally i would rather have had more time at the woods and done sausilito as a seperate trip, as we only had an hour, so even time to browse shops or eat but not really enough time to do both comfortably.

A good trip down the coast (make sure youre on the right hand side of the bus, as thats where all the views are while you drive. Monterey has lots of good little shops, and great views over the ocean. The 17 mile drive is really scenic, you make a few stops for photos but not many before arriving in carmel. We only had an hour here, whoch was disappointing as there are so many quirky shops to look around and theres not enough time to look around,and i only just had enough time to grab a wrap to go here, so make sure if you want to eat you do that in monterey.

The city tour was informative, the best bit was the stop at golden gate bridge. You dont make many stops on this tour, so if you want to take pictures you have to take them on the go on the bus. You do get good views of the city from twin peaks. The tour to alcatraz takes you over to the island where you can take as long as you want going around. The island and prison was a lot smaller than i had expected, but very interesting.

This was my favourite trip of the holiday. I was a little disappointed witht he giant sequoias, i was expecting them to be a lot bigger than they were (or maybe it was just the ones in the grove we stopped at). I did see wild deer in the woods though. Once we got to yosemite the views were all i had seen and imagined. It was absolutley breathtaking. I would definately reccomend this trip and visit again.Our weather had been perfect, hot but not stifling. Some on our tour saw a bobcat (though i personally missed this as i was in the shop). The guide was fun and informative.

How much fun can you have! At first i was a little nervous about going on these, as i was afraid i may fall off. This once you try them is impossible. They were different to what i expected, as all moved by your own body movement. The guide and staff were really helpful, and very fun and informative as we went round the city. You have a little training session before heading out so that you can get use to them and feel safe. These are so much fun to go out on. If i had had more time in the city, i would have signed up for one of their other tours on offer. I have to get me one of these! Definatley recommended.

Promt pick up from hotel, got to the airport in plenty of time for check in.
