Guide was not particularly strong. Gave very little background information, sold us on a canal ride in Bruges where the boat captain provided much more information than the guide did. He told us we would not have time to go to the top of the belfry (one of the highlights in Bruges) because it takes two hours--most guidebooks suggests it takes far less.

There's not a ton to see in Ghent and the one thing worth seeing (Adoration of the Mystic Lamb) is now being restored and supposedly won't be back on display until 2017.

Bruges is wonderful, but might be better accessed directly by train and explored independently.

One of the best things I've ever done. Tour guide was very good and took us to bars that literally don't show up on maps. Beer selection was different from Belgians offered in the States. Caution: I'm a fairly prodigious beer drinker and this tour will leave you a little loopy by the end.

Great guide, sites speak for themselves. Would've liked more time in central Salisbury, but there's only so many hours in the day.

Could never find the boats that are supposed to be included and never saw them active on the river. We ended up bypassing the bus as Central London is so congested that it was faster walking in many cases.

Guide was quite knowledgable, although it seems like we focused on certain pieces much longer than necessary. Would recommend this from an informational perspective, but you would probably see much more navigating on your own.
