Chichen Itza Day Trip from Cancun

My Review: When I emailed to confirm my hotel pickup to the tour bus, the tour operator replied within ten minutes! The morning of, I was picked up right on time at 7 o'clock from my downtown hotel to the Hotel Zone. I waited there until 8:15, enjoying an inexpensive breakfast of bacon, eggs, and toast. After dividing into Spanish and English-speaking buses, we were off. Our tour guide, Ruben, was very pleasant and gave a good bus tour while also providing time to relax. You should know that the lunch stop also doubles as a time to stop to buy souvenirs, and I imagine the tour company gets a percentage of purchases. If you don't like that sort of thing, rent your own car, but I knew I was tired at the end of a wonderful day at a cenote and touring Chichen Itza. I would definitely recommend this tour.
