My Review: We had to start this package on 17th October because the Delft, The Hague, Madurodam tour was not booked in on 17th October. I had to pay extra to get a 24 hour ticket. We did not see all of the sights we wanted because we did not start this package until 3.00pm on 17th October. Very disappointed.

My Review: Our booking for this tour was not on the register for 17th October 2011 .... it was booked for 17th August 2011 !!!!!!! .... that was the date I booked and paid this tour before we left for Europe. Luckily, we had 2 days in Amsterdam and were able to go on 18th October. However, this meant we changing our Hop-On Hop-off Van Gogh Pass to 17th October, which we could not start until 3.00pm. The tour itself was excellent but the mess-up was extremely disappointing.
