Excellent service .. driver was very accommodating

We had to start this package on 17th October because the Delft, The Hague, Madurodam tour was not booked in on 17th October. I had to pay extra to get a 24 hour ticket. We did not see all of the sights we wanted because we did not start this package until 3.00pm on 17th October. Very disappointed.

Our booking for this tour was not on the register for 17th October 2011 .... it was booked for 17th August 2011 !!!!!!! .... that was the date I booked and paid this tour before we left for Europe. Luckily, we had 2 days in Amsterdam and were able to go on 18th October. However, this meant we changing our Hop-On Hop-off Van Gogh Pass to 17th October, which we could not start until 3.00pm. The tour itself was excellent but the mess-up was extremely disappointing.

Excellent. Although our guide was a little cold .... maybe has been doing this for too long.

Brilliant !! Our guide ( an American fellow) was fantastic ..... he had a very good knowledge of Berlin and Germany.

Excellent!! What a guide !! Gaby was great. He had a tremendous sense of humour and great knowledge of Brussels.

Excellent. It was great to not have to queue for very long at the Eiffel Tower. The instructions were very good.

It was a shame we repeated the city tour from this morning, however the evening was fantastic.

Probably the highlight tour of all of our tours with Viator. Absolutely amazing .... it had everything and more that we could have imagined in Switzerland!!!!!!!!
