London Shared Departure Transfer: Hotel to Airport

My Review: Driver was on time but waited out at the drive - way instead of the lobby as mentioned in both booking and email. Although we indicated through email that we wish to reach airport at 7pm, we eventually reached at 7.20pm because he decided to drop off the family he picked up after us.

Rome Angels and Demons Half-Day Tour

My Review: The tour guide, Graham, was very funny. All of us who attended the tour were fans of Dan Brown's books. And he was like bringing us back into the novel with his story-telling, injected with lots of humor. Being able to be on location as he narrated the story was just perfect! He even told us what are the good restaurants to try and what to avoid. Highly recommended!

Rome Arrival Shuttle Transfer: Airport to Hotel

My Review: Supposed to have someone holding a card with my name, but couldn't see him/her anywhere. Had to walk to the counter, which fortunately was just at the arrival hall, to ask about the shuttle transfer. Ladies at counter were aloof, seemingly chatting among themselves and ignoring everyone standing at the counter and waiting for them. We are supposed to take 3.15pm shuttle, but the driver arrived at 3.35pm, and spent about 10 mins waiting for another agent to include two more guests. A lot of time wasted, as I reached the airport about 2.10pm. Had more than 1.5 hrs before I get to leave for the hotel. But I have to commend the driver's assistant, helpful guy. The bus was spacious and clean too. If only arrangements are better, then this shuttle will be perfect.

Rome by Night Walking Tour

My Review: Alfredo, our tour guide, was patient and very knowledgeable. How I know? Because the other guy on this tour asked a lot of questions which Alfredo was able to answer every single one of them. Even though only 3 out of the 13 confirmed persons turned up, he ensured that we were still given the full 3 hours. Were brought to all the main sights of Rome. Highly recommended especially if it's your first time in Rome.
