Great Wall of China at Mutianyu Half Day Tour from Beijing

My Review: Overall, the trip was great. We left early in the morning and therefore avoided the crowds, which showed up as we were leaving. It was particularly crowded because Badaling was closed that day due to Olympics activity. The driver and guide were great. Easy spot to do the Great Wall due to the cable car. The cloisonne factory was interesting but a ripoff. I bought a panda Christmas ornament for 200 yuan. I later saw the same thing at the Beijing zoo for 40 yuan. The lunch was great. They then take you to a tea ceremony at the agricultural center. This was very interesting and enjoyable also, and they do not try to hard sell you the tea or tea sets, although I did buy one. The price was the same as others I saw in Beijing. Overall, definitely worth doing, especially if your time in Beijing is limited.

Elephant Trek, Rafting and Hilltribe Village Tour from Chiang Mai

My Review: Great trip, loved the elephant trek and bamboo rafting. Easy too, took my 14 year old daughter and 71 year old mom. Great English speaking guide. Lunch at the elephant camp was excellent.
