Poor organization from the local tour guides. Schedule me at a time in the lobby and after they were late I called and they said my guide came early and that I would have to reschedule. After I spoke to the manager there since I had an email confirming the time of pickup they apologized and said they will come and pick me up. Very frusturating day.

I rated this only 3 stars due to the service from guides very pushy on amount of tips and disrespectful with tourists on the trip. Overall, I feel I should have taken the tour on the bigger boat tours since those got best reviews from other tourists.

I enjoyed this trip alot a must see if you're in Cancun

Worst tour, the guide took us in a bus that broke down and because of this it delayed our trip alot and ended up having lunch until 6 p.m. and had the itinerary rescheduled based on this delay.
