My Review: Driver was excellent--on time, very professional and courteous, no issues. Driver was not familiar with coupon for on-line booking though. Instructions not as clear on line for booking pickup etc and not being able to use e-couon--showing from black berry is very inconvenient for business traveller who may not have access to printer!
