My Review: We booked all of our activites before leaving for Cancun. We don't appreciate sales reps trying to sell us more. Also, since we didn't do our "formal" sit-down meeting with the sales rep, we called to book our return trip to the airport. Somehow, we were not scheduled for a pickup and ended up taking a taxi. Fortunately for us, Viator understood our problem and helped us after our return.
