The best tour of our lives!
Both our tour guides (Julien and Alex) made us feel confortable and taken care of the whole tour. Thanks so much!!
Cinque Terre is an amazing place to go to, and has the best views we've seen on our journey. The walk is long, but we had enough time to do it at hour on pace and no one rushed us. Also, even if it was hard to do (which it really wasn't, imagine one of us did it with a sprained uncle), the views we saw along the way kept us going gladly.
The tour was perfectly organized, fun to do and TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
Please, if you ever have the chance do it for yourself, it'll be a nice treat!

The lunch and tea more expensive of our lives!
The tour in Siena included a visit to the church of Santa Catalina and the Museum of the Cathedral. Tiziana, the guide, told us that it was imposible to visit the Cathedral. Luckily, the local guide Laura, to whom we asked again about the posibility of visiting the cathedral, told us that we could do it one our later.
Tiziana was more worried on getting the people to have luch on the restaurant she had hired and didn't take the group to the Cathedral, when there was enough time to do both, as we did on our own. Taking in to account that the Cathedral is no doubt the best part of Siena.
Also, the tour guide left two people behind in Siena, only waiting five minutes after the meeting hour.
The visit of San Gimignano wasn't guided. The guide left us at the gate of the town and told us to walk in one direction without even giving us a map. She told us to meet in 2 hours in the same point to return to Florence.
In conclusion, IT ISN'T WORTH IT. It's expensive and doesn't offer any good service.

El viaje fue maravilloso. Nos pasaron a buscar por el hotel a la hora convenida. Cumplieron con todo lo prometido. La comida estuvo muy buena. Los guías también muy buenos y con mucho conocimiento de lo que nos mostraban. Gracias

Tuvimos problemas cuando nos fueron a buscar al hotel. Llegaron tarde. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para reclamar a pesar de que el día anterior habíamos vuelto a confirmar. Luego el chofer nos dijo que fue a buscarnos porque el se preocupó por buscar la ubicación del BB and B donde nos alojábamos porque en ninguno de nuestros llamados nos preguntaron la dirección, que sí estaba en el formulario de la compra del servicio.

Cuando llegamos al Aeropuerto de El Prat no vimos a nadie esperándonos pero en pocos minutos llegó una señorita que nos acompañó al shuttle. Excelente!

Me resultó muy interesante. La guía tenía excelente información. Fue una linda mañana conociendo un barrio típico.. Gracias

Excelente! Para no perderse. Es ver New York desde lo más alto. Increíble! Y gracias Viator por avisarme que me habían cobrado mal y por haberme devuelto la diferencia.

Un muy buen lugar para ir a comprar a precios bajos paa los argentinos.

El viaje es largo pero vale la pena cuando se viaja por pocos días. nuestro gu{ia, en castellano, sabía mucho sobre historia americana y nos hizo pasar un gran momento.

Excelente! Me permitió tener un panorama general de New York para después caminar tranquila por los lugares que más me gustaron. Imperdible la Estatua de la Libertad y el crucero. Y por supuesto Top Of the Rock!
