My Review: This was the most convenient way to get from the airport to downtown and the most reasonably priced as well. It was a very easy process, both at the hotel and at the airport. The only confusing part was having to present the voucher at the counter rather than to the driver. I would absolutely do this again if traveling to Chicago.
