We enjoyed the trip very much. The guide was very informative. The meal was excellent. The weather was not the best, however. It was the time of year when rain and mist were most likely. It was still OK even if we did not see Mt. Fuji. I was a bit disappointed with the access to the bus. The advert says "Wheelchair Access." This tour is wheelchair accessible; however, passengers who require assistance must provide their own care. I require a walking stick to walk. The first step onto the bus was huge, even when the bus knelt. I cannot imagine how a person in a wheelchair could manage the bus, let alone the boarding on the boat and the steps at the cable car station. The cable car station has a lift, but then there are several steps still to negotiate both at the bottom and top stations. I just warn people in wheelchairs. You must have someone who can certainly care for you. Through my determination I managed the steps, although they seemed to get harder as the day went on. I have in the past taken my own extra step with me on tours, but this being the only day I would be on a bus and the wording "wheelchair accessible" made me think I would not pack the steps this time, hoping to be able to take home some more souvenirs instead in my baggage. Oh well, that's my gripe. Still very recommendable, just be warned, wheelchair folk and walking stick ones too!
