Poor - walk full length of High Line from 11th to 30th with very little information about surrounding area. When we mentioned this to the guide she said - "it just is what it is - not really much to say." One group dropped out along the way because of lack of information.

Guide mistook the American International Building for the Empire State Bldg. - pretty basic - for tour guide. Then argued with us that it was the Empire State Building.

Guide very good - a little difficult to hear - large group and buzy area. Had interestesting stories as we went along, pointed out what we were looking at, what had happened already and what was going to happen as far as ground zero was concerned. Very sensitive and knowlegable about area.

Excellent - Better than expected. Wonderful guy - knowledgable, humorous, easy to hear.Connected many histortical facts with areas we visited. I would book another tour with Tom in a heartbeat.
