My Review: Summer Palace close to heavenly experience, Lama Temple great insight into Buddhism. Panda Garden amazing, but duration far too short when bundled into other 2 tours--suggest separate visit.

My Review: Tiananmen Square simply immense and imposing, although Forbidden City involves a demanding 4 hour walk. Excellent knowledgeable, English-speaking guide, very enlightening insight into ancient Chinese architecture & cultures. Because of tiredness, cut tour short and didn't see Temple of Heaven. Too much in one day.

My Review: Can only be described as one of our all-time favourite travel memories. Particularly loved visit to private home, which was included in tour. Host fantastic; shared pot of tea, met her family. Thoroughly recommend.

Beijing Acrobatic Show and Peking Duck Banquet Night Tour

My Review: Probably worst dining experience we have ever experienced. No presentation, poorly trained staff were hopeless. Very disappointed. Service in KFC easily 10 times better. We left our uneaten duck on the table and walked out. Would suggest great acrobatic show be done separately.

My Review: Nothing planned specifically. Outstanding, knowledgeable, English-speaking guide suggested traditional teahouse ceremony, silk factory visit and market shopping. Happy with very laid-back experience. No rush, no fuss.
