We really enjoyed the tour; the guide was excellent; the sights were fascinating but we would have been happy to avoid the final stop at the Sunrise Tours souvenir shop.

The highlights of this tour included the Golden Pavilion and its gardens, and the Sanju-Sangendo Hall and its very impressive1001 wooden statues. The lowlight was lunch. It was poorly organised by the restaurant and the quality of food was poor, especially compared with that arranged for our Nikko National Park Tour from Tokyo a couple of days earlier.

The Nikko Day trip was a wonderful experience; the guide was entertaining and very thorough with her explanations. The autumn colours, the temples and palace, and waterfal that we visited were fantastic. We opted for the lunch option and were very happy (and surprised) with the quality of food and service. In all a great day!

Wonderful show and great seats - an evening of fast moving entertainment!

Excellent value for money although the Guggenheim was a huge disappointment..

The tour itineraries provided a great introduction to New York but on both the Uptown and Downtown tours the buses had problems with their audio systems
