My Review: someone screwed up our reservations and even though there was much communication between Viator and I as to the confirmation date and various email etc.. saying that we were on the ferry had I not called 48 hour prior to departure We may not hve made it to seattle at all.Took 2 days and much determanation to solve problem.When we finally did get on it was ok although we were reminded many times how full the ferry wes and that there was a waiting list etc..
