Florence Day Trip from Rome

My Rating: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

Location: Rome, Italy

My Review:

The city of Florence was very interesting and we enjoyed our day. Unfortunately the guides we had, while knowledgeable on the city and history did not posses: Little, if any customer service skills. The individual that was the guide throughout did not crack a single smile throughout the day. She also left the tour before all of her customers had gotten off the bus and back to their hotel - I think that she should have completed the tour until all of her customers had been dropped off safely at their hotel.
