Was very reliable and convenient. The counter was located right when we excited baggabe claim and they had a car and driver there within 5-10 minutes. They dropped off one party of 2 and then dropped us off at our hotel which was just a couple of blocks past the first stop.

We really enjoyed this trip. Very well done. Had plenty of free time to look around. We stayed in the 3 star hotel and thought they had a little bit more atmosphere. Had a pool and of course the ocean at Costa del Sol and a nice pool at the hotel in Granada. I felt like we saw quite a bit in just a few short days.

It was not dark yet, so didn't see "Illluminations" but since we stayed near the Plaza de Espana and walked everywhere, this gave a us a good overview tour of Madrid. The Flamenco show was good if you haven't seen it before. I must say they did dance with passion!!!

Very reliable. Picked us right up and took us straight away to the airport. Convenient and one less thing to worry about that morning. Would definitly recommend
