Florence City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

My Review: My husband and I loved the Hop-On-Hop off tours in Florence. We took both routes and found them to be very relaxing and enjoyable.
When not viewing interesting sights, we rode both of the routes round trip, relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful music through our headsets. This tour provided a much needed rest after we had walked so much throughout the city. I will definitely recommend this tour to all our friends.

Rome Arrival Shuttle Transfer: Airport to Hotel

My Review: We appreciated the security of having a shuttle service waiting for us when we arrived in a country where we did not speak the language. The service was fast and efficient. We only had a slight mishap when I inadvertently grabbed the wrong luggage when we arrived at our hotel. I was panicked when I realized my mistake, after getting into my hotel room. I received a phone call a few minutes later letting me know that the shuttle driver was waiting in the hotel lobby to exchange my bag for the right one.
