Auckland Harbour Bridge Climb

My Review: Excellent views over Auckland. Very well run with pick up and drop off at the Maritime Museum. Guides are knowledgeable. The best part was being under the bridge and seeing just how much it moves up and down along with the traffic. Well worth it!

Bay of Islands Day Tour from Auckland

My Review: Big day out! The countryside on the way to the Bay is wonderful. Luxury coach...great commentary. Treaty house was informative and the guide was very knowledgeable. Not much time to spend at the Bay of Islands though. Russell is a lovely place, but you only really get enough time (about an hour) to do the tour and then you need to hop back on the ferry to get back to the meeting point. There was time to look around at Paiha - which is a nice little village with interesting stores to look through.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport Departure Transfer

My Review: I like booking transfers....don't have to battle with cabs etc and get to travel in a nice clean car. The Airport in KL is about 60kms from the city. The driver was really nice and helped with luggage and we had a really nice chat along the way.

My Review: This is an amazing experience...a must do if you are travelling to KL. You get to be up close to the elephants - feeding them peanuts an fruit and even get to have a small ride. The guide was great...we stopped off at Deerland...which is a very mini zoo - it was okay and a stop at an aborigine's hut. I will always have fond memories...love elephants!

Kuala Lumpur By Night Tour

My Review: All you can eat buffett...yum!! So easy to over-indulge! Good food and lots of it! The show was a bit of a let down (I am used to full production stage shows), but it was nice to see all the various cultural dances and costumes. Didn't get to Chinatown until after dinner as there was a huge traffic jam in the city and had to get to the restaurant. Chinatown is one scary place...hold on to your bag! But lots of bargains to be had.

Batu Caves and Temple Tour from Kuala Lumpur

My Review: OMG - how many steps (way to many!) and how steep!! It's pretty awesome seeing the temple inside the cave once you make up all those steps. Just don't mind the bats!! The Chinese temple was great to visit and there are small "good luck" things you can do while there. Worth joining this tour to learn more about Malaysia's Chinese and Indian heritage.

My Review: I did a couple of these star spotting type tours and this WAS the best one. Great guide and got to see heaps of star attractions over the three hours of the tour, very well run. Would definitely do again.

Las Vegas Double-Decker Bus of the Stars

My Review: It's just a bus tour up and down the strip, you don't get off the bus. There were no 'stars' just a one man band with a guitar and a cowboy hat singing country and western tunes. Didn't get the vouchers as advertised. Save your cash and do another tour instead!
