Specatular show (but not as entertaining as Mystere which we saw the night before). Execellent catergory 1 band seats a few rows from the front of the stage.

Superb show from start to finish - very funny and with some amazing acrobatics. We had fantastic seats in the first row of the category 2 price band. Couldn't have asked for a better.

The lunch cruise was excellent. The quality of the vessel and buffet food exceeded our expectations. The dinner at the Summit was also good with spectacular views but with a limited choice from a set menu of only 3 entrees, 3 mains and 3 dessets this was not really "a la carte". Unfortunately, the afternoon City and Bondi Beach coach tour was cancelled and we were put on the Manly tour without being told. However, when we enquired why we hadn't done any of the things on the afternoon itinerary we were offered the city tour the following day "free of charge" which we gladly accepted.

The overall experience of snorkelling, scuba diving and seeing the barrier reef was good and well worth the trip. The instructors were very friendly and patient. However, the term "luxury" is a little misleading as the boat and food, while perfectly adaquate, was nothing special. There were only 30 passengers on the day so it was very comfortable with plenty of room but I imagine it would be very crowded in peak season when the cruise is fully booked.

A good overall experience but slightly spoilt by having a replacement bus on the day which was a little tatty inside and had very poore view from the back seats. The chocolate factory was ok but nothing special. The wine tasting added a very pleasant touch. The upgrade to the penguin viewing platform with seating is recommended. The Kiwi guide was excellent and made the day very enjoyable.

This ticket allowed us to do both parks on the same day. As it was off peak this meant we were able to fit everything into one visit for a discounted price.

Unfortunately the river cruise portion of our tour was cancelled (boat was in dry dock for maintenance). We decided to take a partial refund and continue with the city sightseeing by minibus which was fine. Friendly and informative driver but was over long and proptracted without the river cruise part.

What a great experience. The standard of accommodation and dining was excellent. The crew were also very friendly and this helped to make it an enjoyable and relaxing 24 hours - despite the not so good weather on the day. We had less than 20 people on our trip so it was very spacious but I imagine in peak season with 60 people onboard it might feel a little crowded.

This was the best way to get the most out of Rotorua's famous attractions, especially if you only have limited time there. The small group of 10 in a mini bus was perfect and the guide (Huru) was so friendly and funny - a joy to spend time with. We felt that we got a lot done on this morning tour and it was excellent value for money.

A wonderful evening. The food was excellent and it was presented superbly - exceeding our expectations. We also had complimentary return shuttle service from our hotel to the gondoala and free passes for the luge run the following day. We would recommend having three courses in the gondola and the dessert and coffee in the restuarant. If we had been staying another night in Rotorua we would have definately booked the buffet dinner in the restuarant as it looked exceptionally good.
