Excellent guide (Rosella) and very good value for money. A very hot day for the tour but our guide was very considerate and kept us as much as possible in the shade. She provided us with so much information, particularly about the decor of the Sistine Chapel. We would never have learned as much had we taken the tour by ourselves. The earphones provided were very clear. As part of a group, we were able to do exactly as the tour says "Skip the Line". We had no waiting time, whereas the queues for individuals were very long. If you are intending to visit the Vatican, we would recommend doing it properly, spending a bit more money and taking a tour. There are plenty to choose from, but we were very pleased with the tour we had booked with Enjoy Rome and wouldn't hesitate to use them again on another visit. On a hot day, remember to take a water bottle, that you can refill from the fountains inside the Vatican.
