My Review: Possibly the best evening of our stay. Three hours of being drunk "up the menu" by an expert who was incredibly passionate about his subject, no hard sell to buy the wine afterwards (although you WILL want to), 12 different wines to taste not the advertised 4, detailed commentary on each one down to the name, age, and personality of the vinyard owner or aerial pictures showing exactly which slope of the hill that wine came from. Cheese was almost incidental to the evening, but who cares when the wine was so great? Can't recommend this enough.
