Great, reliable would use again.

Useless if you're there for 1 day. You need the pass before you can book any of the trips so in our case by the time we collected pass on Port day unable to book as the information to ring up for pick up is on the Pass information. We also wasted 1+ hours trying to locate where to collect the Trolley tickets so too late to go anywhere but the trolley it would have been cheaper just to do the trolley on its own and get local buses to Pearl Harbour etc. We ended up seeing very little, disappointed visit.

Fantastic, everything and more we'd expected, had a great time, Dan the pilot great, loads of information about the area and so welcoming and friendly. I left my sunglasses in the helicopter and they brought them to our hotel later that day when they dropped off people from another trip, very kind. An absolute must for all visitors.

Great, plenty of tour buses, sometimes difficult to get on top deck but October was not as busy as summer months.

Disappointed the viewing of the Cathedral was so quick, felt very rushed as though it was a race, otherwise rest of tour informative.

Enjoyed whole tour, loved it.

Don't know about skip the line, had to wait in line for the rep. then wait in another line once had the ticket but no where near as long as the other queues, worth the wait though

insufficient coaches, had to wait in very long queues for long times.
