Florence Cheese and Wine Tasting

My Review: The tasting took place in the wine cellar of a small cantina across the square from the Palazzo Pitti. Despite being relatively young, our host, one of the cantina's owners, knew more about wine than I can ever imagine. He went above and beyond what was described in the Viator listing and made sure everyone had a great time. Another couple there were pressed for time due to a restaurant reservation, so our host called the restaurant (he happened to know the owner personally) and arranged to move the reservation back so they could finish the tasting. It was a great time - we learned a lot about wine and tried some great varieties. I will do it again when I go back to Florence.
