Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour

My Review: This was just transport to the islands, not really a tour. Couldn't understand what the guide was saying at all on the ferry rides. Only get about half an hour on each island, not enough time to explore. Next time I would catch public transport to these islands and see them in my own time instead of doing this tour.

My Review: This was a good introductory tour to Venice. Our guide Sabrina was really good. Worth it if its your first trip to Venice and you don't have a lot of time there. Only complaint was that the group was too big, but otherwise a good tour.

Milan City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

My Review: Buses didn't seem to run very often and the audio guide seemed to be out of sync - didn't match the sights we were passing at the time. Definitely don't use this bus as a means of transport - the metro is much easier to use and faster.

Skip The Line: Best of Florence Walking Tour including Accademia Gallery and Duomo

My Review: Good introductory tour to Florence especially if you don't have much time there. Guide Francesca was really good, provided a lot of information. Good overall history of the city and covers a bit of ground. Includes Accademia Gallery (just Statue of David) but not Uffizi. I would recommend doing a tour of Uffizi as we did it on our own and it would have been good to have had a guide. Headsets included but would have been good to have had a smaller group.

Mt Vesuvius Half-Day Trip from Naples

My Review: This was just transport from Naples hotel to Vesuvius so don't expect anything more.Good if you don't know how else to get there and don't won't to combine it with a visit to Pompeii (we did Pompeii in another tour). Mini-van from our hotel to outside Pompeii where we picked up another couple (so 4 of us in total) then we drove most of the way up Vesuvius. Not much commentary from the "guide" so thats why this isn't really a tour. We were given about 40 mins to walk from the carpark at the top to the crater and back to the van so felt a bit rushed. If you can make your own way to Vesuvius or work out the public transport then do so otherwise this is adequate.

My Review: Tour guide Sarah was really good. This tour covers alot and includes alot of information. Meeting point was hard to find so make sure you find it early. This tour includes headsets which is good but would much rather a smaller group as ours seemed way to big.

Ghost and Mystery Walking Tour of Rome

My Review: I was expecting better stories on this tour seeing as you'd think that a lot of interesting things and murders would have happened in Rome. It was only ok, the guide Massimo was good and enthusiastic. Maybe include more stories in the tour as we only had about 4 and they took ages to be told. Make sure you know how to get back to your hotel too because it ends late at night and we didn't know where we were once the tour ended and assumed we'd finish where we began. Ghost tour in Venice is much better.

My Review: Good tour run by American guides. Visit to 2 catacombs and 1 crypt. Interesting tour. No photos allowed once inside. Only complaint was the groups were too big so once you were in the tight spaces in the catacombs and the guide was at one end, no-one at the other end of the group could hear what the guide was saying as there were no headsets either so we ended up missing alot of what the guide was saying.

Rome Arrival Shuttle Transfer: Airport to Hotel

My Review: Easy enough to find contact point at the airport. Next time I would look into how much a taxi ride would cost as this shuttle was ok except we were the last couple to be dropped off at our hotel therefore the transfer too much longer than a taxi would have.
