We had a brilliant guide Francesca who was very entertaining, informative and passionate on the subject matter. It was a life long dream to go and see these sites and to have someone so enthusiastic was a delight who made it feel she was as excited as me to see it.

What an interesting tour, it was well organised and run and we got to see so much more than if we had been on our own. We were lucky that we really did beat the crowds and even the Sistine chapel was not too packed! Well worth doing!

Only because my seat was to the side and at the back and was difficult to see. The show was entertaining and the support acts really brilliant. Highlight, the water tank but won't spoil it. Was better than I thought it would be, worth experiencing at least once.

Eugenie was an interesting and knowledgeable guide, Being an art novice, I learnt a lot especially the different periods. With limited time and such an extraordinarily sized gallery was great to see the highlights. Next time I can just go wander and not feel I missed the must sees. Thanks Eugenie

Good way to get around and see highlights but suggest one goes the opposite direction too. Missed the zoo stop as it was not mentioned and could not go another hour and a half to get back to it so missed out and was disappointed as was sole purpose of purchase with the bus.

Mike was and insightful and informative guide who balanced information with empathy for his surroundings. It was a freezing day and it added to understanding just one element of unpleasantness suffered at this place. Confronting, moving, a must to go see to make sure we never forget.

Tarik was brilliant, a very informative and thought provoking walk, with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. Learnt a lot and saw places would not have known to go look at. 10 points for patience with a painful Aussie, and I was not that Aussie!! who challenged many statements made on the day.
