My Review: It worked as I expected, as soon as I arrived in the lounge I saw the counter. I've to wait for 30 minutes to get the next van, but except for that the service worked out.

My Review: The hotel pick up service is very helpfull
The tour was less interesting than the Windsor, but related to the service everything was ok. Warwick was a great surprise.
