It worked as I expected, as soon as I arrived in the lounge I saw the counter. I've to wait for 30 minutes to get the next van, but except for that the service worked out.

The hotel pick up service is very helpfull
The tour was less interesting than the Windsor, but related to the service everything was ok. Warwick was a great surprise.
